Pink lines 7x10inch silver plated framed acrylic painting

Beautiful abstract minimalist painting inspired by colour and shape. I used some coloured ink pens to create the composition. The coloured lines created I found very beautiful, the way the colours compliment each other and have a pleasant viewing effect. So decided to make the same colour pallet and start a painting with acrylic paint, pallet knives and brushes. I wanted to create texture, layers, depth and contrast. Just like the contrast of the ink pens on paper this piece with the addition of silver paint is inspired by a simple action of testing pink, brown, black and grey pens on white paper. Painting varnished with gloss varnish then framed under glass, in a silver plated frame. Signed on the back, with my name "Gemma Bradshaw". Date and title, "pink lines 2022".
