This month I decided to keep plans to a minimum and aimed at spending as much time possible realxing. However, fairly last minute plans fit around my work schedule making it rather jam packed. Shorter daylight hours meant more of a focus on relaxing at home and self care. These are a selection of images of things I do to take care of myself, physically and emotionally. From inside and out. November... Today is the 20th, and the temperature has dropped right down but there is bright sunshine this morning It has been a fairly good month for me. Ballanced and a focus on good health. There has been a few birthdays and I have enjoyed spending time with people I love where possible. I feel settled at work now and I still make time to relax and focus on creating around the different shifts. Having a stable income gives me peace about my future. I am looking forward to

Time flies. The leaves quickly turn to their autumnal colour displays and then the october winds scatter them around. I have been enjoying the colours and delights of autumn, while making the most of the last remaining flowers. I have really enjoyed making some Autumnal art. I will have some mushroom lino-cut prints added to my online sale sites soon. Print making is something I spent a lot of time doing at college so though I love painting I find it nice to use other mediums
